Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Netomo.

You must give accurate account information. You are responsible for access through your email account and devices. Tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

AI service

Netomo uses artificial intelligence to create text, voice, and character responses. These responses can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable.

Do not use Netomo as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service when necessary.

Netomo applies content controls. Some mature content can require a paid plan. Safety blocks apply to every plan.

Your content

You keep your rights to the text and profile content that you submit. You give us a limited license to process that content to operate Netomo.

This license permits our service providers to host, transmit, analyze, moderate, and transform your content. The license ends when deletion completes, subject to legal retention duties and provider backups.

Acceptable use

You must not use Netomo to:

• Break a law or violate another person's rights.
• Exploit, harm, or sexualize a minor.
• Threaten, harass, defraud, or impersonate another person.
• Upload malware or interfere with the service.
• Avoid access controls, usage limits, or safety controls.
• Use automated requests that harm service capacity or other users.

Subscriptions

Netomo offers free and paid plans with daily usage limits. The purchase screen shows the current limits, billing period, and localized store price.

Apple processes iOS purchases. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account before renewal. Apple controls refunds and payment methods.

Plan features can change. We will show material changes before a new purchase or renewal when the law requires notice.

Our property

Netomo, its software, characters, art, brands, and service design belong to FTSN, LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable license to use Netomo.

You must not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or distribute our software except where the law permits that activity.

Third-party components remain subject to their stated licenses. These terms do not limit rights that those licenses grant.

Service changes and termination

We can change, suspend, or stop parts of Netomo. We can restrict an account that violates these terms or creates a security risk.

You can stop using Netomo at any time. You can delete messages or your account from Account settings. Uninstalling the application does not delete your account.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide Netomo on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific AI responses, or error-free output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTSN, LLC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss from your use of Netomo.

These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. We will update the effective date and give additional notice when applicable law requires it.
